Terms and Conditions

Flowers are the sellers, LOVE BUG GARDENS, responsibility until time of delivery. Upon delivery it is the customers responsibility to care and maintain flowers care. The Seller, LOVE BUG GARDENS, is not responsible for any damages or compromise of quality after the time of delivery/pick up. 

It is recommended for the customer to:

• store cut flowers in fresh water and change water every day
• store cut flowers out of direct sunlight
• store cut flowers away from direct fan exposure
• to not soak/get flower buds wet
• store flowers in a fridge overnight or during holding for freshness
• 
  

Seller, LOVE BUG GARDENS cannot guarantee longevity of flowers. All flowers will be cut the morning or afternoon prior to delivery. Each bundle/bouquet is inspected and hand bundled prior delivery. 

All flowers are FINAL sale.
